Developed through original doctoral research, the SQSHE was built for the Caribbean rather than adapted from another region. It helps institutions understand how students and stakeholders experience their service.
Dr. Gersha Pierre has also applied the Quality Culture Inventory (QCI), adapted with permission from its original author, to explore quality culture at a Caribbean tertiary institution. The findings were presented as a plenary at the CANQATE Annual Conference.
